Undergraduate and graduate students interested in serving as a Chair or Moderator at this year’s HAMUN conference are required to submit an application no later than September 20th.
Country Selection Meeting has been moved to September 23rd at 9am as a result of the flooding from Hurricane Harvey. Applications for staffing HAMUN 43 are now being accepted!
The deadline for this application will be January 1st, 2018. All applicants new to HAMUN will be interviewed preferably in person. In addition to the training session the night before conference everyone will be required to attend 1 additional training session.

This year we are doing something special with the applications. CTMUN and HAMUN are attempting to streamline the application process for those of who may be interested in both conferences; but don’t want to do fill out multiple applications. In section 2 if you are interested in both conferences or just the other, simply select your choice.

Although it’s still summer, there is only about half a year left till HAMUN 43! For individuals interested in staffing this upcoming conference, we are looking for those who want to help create and run our crisis committees as Crisis Directors. Anyone is welcome to apply by filling out the application, linked in this post below. The application closes on July 26th, in two weeks time, so make sure to apply before then. Country Selection Meeting has been scheduled for 8am on September 9th at Episcopal High School. For all new sponsors and new schools to HAMUN, please contact the USG of Registration at email@example.com. The USG of Registration will also ask for RSVP’s from old sponsors as we approach September. Hope to see you there!
We have ordered patches to be sold for high school letterman jackets! We invite all sponsors to share this news with their clubs, and to consider purchasing patches for their student members. Patches will cost $15, and can be ordered for delivery throughout the summer and upcoming semester. Orders can be placed through the order form below. At this time, we only accept check; however, we will also accept cash at the Country Selection meeting in September.
For all orders placed prior to our Country Selection Meeting, only check will be accepted. We plan to sell patches at the Country Selection Meeting, where we will accept cash and check.
