Rida Qazi, Director-General

Rida serves as HAMUN 51's Director-General. She is currently a senior at the University of Houston, majoring in Public Health. This is her 8th year in HAMUN, having been a delegate for four years, and a staff for the other four. Her advice to delegates is don't be nervous! Everyone is in the same position as you and this is a learning experience. Be confident and speak up!

Margot Lymbery, Director of Registration

Margot serves as HAMUN 51's Director of Registration. She is a sophomore at Rice University this year, majoring in French Studies. Margot's been in HAMUN for six years in total. She was president at her high school, vice-chair for SOCHUM at HAMUN 50, and president of Rice MUN. Her advice to delegates is to take notes on what others are saying: a good debater is a good listener.

Brianna Burnside, Director of Logistics

Brianna serves as HAMUN 51's Director of Logistics. She is currently a junior at Texas A&M, majoring in Political Science. She was a delegate for 2 years, from 2022-2024 at Clear Springs High School, and was the chair of NATO for HAMUN 50. Her advice to delegates is to learn as much as you can about your country's culture. It'll help you understand what policies they'd advocate for and why.

Hong Lin Tsai, USG of Alternative Committees

Hong Lin Tsai serves as HAMUN 51's USG of Alternative Committees. This year he is a senior at Rice University, majoring in Political Science/Social Policy Analysis. He did speech and debate in high school, staffed HAMUN for two years, and became a crisis director his junior year. His advice to delegates is to listen to the room and be on your toes at any moment!

Braydon Alfrey, USG of Technology

Braydon serves as HAMUN 51's USG of Technology. He is currently a sophomore at Alvin Community College, majoring in Communications. He started MUN his junior year of high school, becoming the club's historian his senior year. Freshman year of college he was the chair of GA Plen for HAMUN 50. His advice to delegates is to not stress about it that much. The goal should be to learn and have fun.
