AI Policy
HAMUN Staff reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the conference due to a violation of any regulation. HAMUN will strictly enforce the following policy
For this policy, AI tools refer to any software, website, or application that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative algorithms to:

Create or assist in producing written, visual, audio, or code-based materials.

Generate or edit images, designs, essays, reports, or presentations.

Analyze or summarize data or text.

Simulate conversation or reasoning (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, DALL·E, Midjourney, etc.).

Position Papers

For authenticity purposes, the use of any Artificial Intelligence will be prohibited for the written portion of Position Papers. HAMUN staff will check the authenticity and reserve the right to dismiss a delegation’s paper.​
Resolution Papers
​
HAMUN strives to promote an environment that fosters diplomacy and negotiation in all committees. With this in mind, delegates are not permitted to use Artificial Intelligence to write their resolutions of any kind for the conference.
